I'm getting all these messages wishing me a happy new year... thanks alot... really... a happy new year to you guys too...

but...

i don't see the reason why one has to wish another a happy new year... cuz in my point of view, and it's MINE... there isn't much to look forward to... yet anyway... much less to be happy about...

my mum's still in the phils till the 20th and things can go TWO ways:
One, she's well-rested and happy and becomes a non-naggy mum... This i will look forward to..
Two, she's hasn't changed and still throws hissy fits over the state of my bedroom and toilet and watches Foxcrime the whole day... Hmm... i will seriously flip and consider moving out...

Anyway, since it's the new year, 8 days had released next week's issue yesterday and here's my horoscope for the year:

Hey i'm back! from phils... went there for christmas... cebu pacific at the budget terminal... will never take that airline ever again... sucky flight... took that only cuz it was the only available flight at that time...urgh... anyway photos from my cam...

Heaven is still crying... whatever for i really would like to know... it's been crying for the past two days... i hope it cheers up soon... don't like going to work wet... don't like coming home wet... love being in bed when heaven cries...

Anyhow, the a/c at store was crying too... all over the place... geez... so many servicemen... i could have injured one with a bun spatula if i wasn't careful... the ceiling's tears dropped into the apple pie vat... so had to use the french fry vat...heat treat was down too... so no ice cream... aiyo... why is everywhere wet???

In an attempt to spring clean my rubbish dump of a bedroom, i found lots of things i forgot even existed... some that i didn't even want to remember that they existed... In particular, pictures and photos... the ones of me when i was in primary 5 were a hoot... i was in japan at that time with schoolmates... goodness! i was so skinny! but i was really dark-skinned, and thick hair and specs... although i'm still dark now (much fairer though)... the hair is better and i wear contacts...
Then there are those of strange experiences, things that didn't seem like it happened, yet the photos proved that they did... the subjects of the pictures hardly appear in my life now... partly cuz i try to avoid being within 2 metres radius of them... but we still meet now and then.. and talk at length like we didn't know each other...
Oh and i found my japanese school nametag too... with my japanese name and all... it's so cute...

you know, i tend to think of the kind of relationships i have with people and why they turn out to be such... i couldn't help but think when my sister and mother were talking about guys and getting married and stuff... i actually have a lot of guys in my life... some of whom i have playful ambiguous relationships with... but the guys come nowhere close to someone that i would be attracted to... Particularly one whom i'm on pretty good terms with...

one is so self-absorbed, thinking that he is sacrificing a lot for others at work, but has he ever thought that the sacrifice may be one-sided? He thinks that he is the best at everything, even wanting to override his superiors... while he may be sufficiently competent, he hasn't seen enough of the world... and the way he behaves (needing people to counsel him and recognise whatever he's done) clearly reflects his immaturity and insecurities... He can really get on my nerves sometimes... cuz he always calls me to complain... people might recognise who this person is... but i don't care cuz while he is still a friend, friend have stuff that they don't like too and this is just one of them...

Oh well... getting that off my chest felt good...

Had CDS today... Such a chore waking up in the morning...
Did nothing much, just a teeny debate on the goverment's new policies to raise school fees for PRs and foreign students and adjusting the medical subsidies...
Pretty interesting though... Generated a lot of thoughts in one who is practically brain-dead... aka me... but that's for when i'm feeling less lazy...

Got a D&D on 5th January for the PiCC... Cool right, how many CDSes get that? Theme's black/white... Got to get clothes... *Sigh*

It's supposedly term break, Christmas holidays and all, BUT... BUT...

Will go to phils again for christmas... not so happy about that though... Cuz one, i've got lots to do... two, no income cuz i can't work and yet i am incurring expenditure... this is way bad...

Hit the gym after with tracy, which was super boring... am not going to gyms no more... going swimming instead... triple cut trio after for brunch at subway with choc chip cookies... lovely... oh and there was this really nice guy that opened the door for me and tracy and he waited for us to come through with a smile!! Lilian, there's hope! Lilian was fuming the other day when the guys at ITAS were standing at the canteen door yet didn't open it for her and regina... At least if they just held it open... but they let it slam in their faces... Guys sometimes... be more observant ok... mrs. nah said that ladies are more important than gentlemen in social settings... so there!
