Huge project is finally over... just 2 presentations, 3 tests and photophy ass. Haha... geddit?
Thankful that unlike the rest of the courses, my hols starts from Chinese New Year... whee... Oh and Uncle Barry and auntie roxanne, lola (my maternal grams) and their friends are coming down on the 17th... double whee...
That aside, i've been pretty much living my life from day to day, not really doing much... sleeping a lot or not sleeping at all... school doesn't feel like school at all... I mean, most people have like fixed timetables whereas i haven't... I spend more time at home and at work more than i do at school... and even if i am at school, how much time is spent browsing at Cheers and the canteens and restrooms than in the classrooms... But i like it... I'm free to do what i want... the sudden freedom in time just sort of freaks me...
I've grown a lot since secondary 4... I haven't really been clubbing or drinking or smoking(i will not)... but i've really learned a lot from others that i've come into contact with, things i've seen, emotions i've felt... I've learned to be stupid and silly cuz sometimes being too smart just gets you into more trouble... I've learned to slow down... simply because sometimes you need to let someone get ahead first to see what it's like instead of banging right into the wall...
It's only been two months and a week since my 17th birthday... yet this year i'll be 18... a symbolic and important age... the age where lots more things become available to me without me needing my parents... the age i become much more independent than i am now... the age where there's a lot more for me to learn and experience... I can't wait...
